Crown Sydney landmark waterfront building is the new distinguished place amongst Sydney’s globally recognized icons. The 275m high, 72-storey Tower (the tallest in Sydney) features a six-star hotel with 349 rooms and suites, 20 villas and two premium villas. The top villa spans an extraordinary 820m across two levels and represent the highest habitable space in any hotel in Sydney. The property further-more features 14 bars and restaurants, a Casino, 82 luxury residential apartments, retail outlets, and an infinity pool and spa. Crown Sydney offers 82 fully-integrated luxury residences of 2, 3, 4 and 6 bedrooms, and a $60 Million two-story Penthouse, with private gym, media room and wine cellar.

The concept takes its inspiration from nature, composed of an elegant, curved geometry. The tower’s form emanates from three petals that twist and rise together.

Interior Design by Meyer Davis Studio
The interiors showcase refined luxury art pieces and materials such as 50 different types of stone and marble sourced from Carrara, Tuscany and Travertine from Trevi (Italy).

Technology

The Crown Towers Sydney combines luxury with cutting-edge technology to enhance the guests’ experience, which ranges from smart tablets, offering 24-hour hotel and concierge services, to media streaming from the 55-inch mirrored televisions. The in-room technology is designed to be intuitive and enable an incredible degree of personalization in terms of high-tech experience. The keypads icons are customized to Crown’s specifications, reproducing the three petals to mimic the shape of the building.
